Up-rev your boards as many times as you like, never pay tooling or test charges again. You can also move legacy parts tooled at another factory to us and we can match your existing array and stencil setup. Turn Times

Smart Manufacturing has built its reputation on providing rapid turn services that produce high-quality PCBs. We can offer lead times as fast as 3-day turns for most multi-layer designs. Our Standard Lead Time is 10 days.

Accepted File Types

Your PCB files as a zip folder need to include all necessary files for your order to be accepted:

Gerber, ODB++, or DXF (conversion required, for a fee)

Minimum requirements: all copper layers of the board, a drill file, and an outline (export these separately)

We also accept the following file types:
- .dip from DipTrace (which can be exported as Gerber data)
- .bac from PCB Creator software

- Density: 2/2, BGA, .004” pitch, .006” finished holes, micro via .004”, aspect ratio 15:1.
- Layer Count: Up to 42 layers, up to .250 thick.
- Material Suppliers: Arlon, EMC, Isola, Iteq, Rogers, Taconic, Ventec.
- Material Types: FR-4, Polyimide, PTFE (Teflon or Duroid), Hybrid-Capable, and other special materials. High copper weight available.
- Surface Finish: HASL, Lead-Free HASL, ENIG, ENEPIG, Hard Gold, Soft Gold, Immersion Silver, OSP, Immersion White Tin
Inspection: Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Flying Probe
Other: Controlled Impedance, Blind/Buried Vias
